Secondary School

During my 4 years at Unity Secondary School, I met many amazing and unique individuals . The 4 years was a fun filled yet enriching journey. I took away many key values from the school such as Respect and Perseverance.

My Co-Curricular Activity(CCA) throughout that 4 years was National Cadet Corps. Although most of the time it would be very exhausting, however, through bonding and struggling together as a part, I have made many friends. Most of my best friends are from NCC!

I am very proud of the CCA and academic achievements I have made through the 4 years. Click below to find out more!!!:)

CCA

I was a dedicated and committed member of the National Cadet Corps(NCC) from 2017 - 2020.

2018

Took part in my first ever Freestyle Drills (FSD) competition.

Unfortunately, we did not win.

2019

Took part in my second(and sadly last) FSD competition.

We placed top 4 for Sea & Air District.

By placing top 4, we were able to get into the finals and compete with the other districts.

I am honored to be appointed as the Parade Commander for Yew Tee Observance Ceremony 2019.

It was definitely a very nerve-wrecking experience to be walking beside Mr Lawrence Wong and Mr Alex Yam.

Nevertheless, it is a moment that I would never forget.

In 2019, I was appointed the assistant sergeant major of the school.

At the end of the year, I took part in the International Cadet Exchange Programme(ICEP).

Although the 10 days were very exhausting, I had a blast as it was a very unique experience.

It was very different from any other NCC event I took part in.

I am honored to work alongside my peers to lead the CCA.

I learnt a lot through this leadership journey. I learnt to manage my time properly by setting my priorities right, and to have a flexible mindset as things would not always turn out as how I expected it to be
